Michael joined our team as a Funeral Operative, where he quickly proved himself to be a dedicated and compassionate member of staff. Through hard work and commitment to the profession, he has now taken the next step in his career and is officially a Funeral Director, holding the professional designations MIFDC, Cert FP, FAA.

This qualification recognises the knowledge, standards, and professionalism required to guide families through one of the most important and sensitive moments in life. Michael’s achievement reflects both his personal dedication and the values we hold as a long-established, family-run funeral service.

Michael will now continue his professional development by studying for his Funeral Director Diploma, further strengthening the expertise within our team.
