I would like to express my thanks and gratitude for the manner in which you have dealt with all the arrangements regarding mum’s funeral. At such a sad time it is comforting to have someone, such as yourself, organising and overseeing everything that needs to be taken care of in relation to the funeral. This took a great deal of pressure and stress away from my family and I at, what can be, such an overwhelming occasion. The funeral itself was an opportunity to celebrate mum’s long life and your help, guidance and friendly manner, played a great part in making the day memorable for us.
